As a counselor, I believe that human beings represent the most beautiful and mysterious things in the world. I believe that we deserve to live a meaningful and fulfilled life. In order to achieve this goal, we need to embrace our human condition with its strength and vulnerability, with its stateliness and weakness.
When we love ourselves in a healthy way, we are able to love and to connect authentically with others too. This will provide the strength to face the most difficult crises in our lives and the wisdom to prevent potential issues in the future.
During the sessions with my clients I provide a holding environment where they feel understood, safe to express their thoughts and feelings and empowered to achieve their goals. I see a human being as a whole and I pay attention to every aspect related to its constitutive dimensions – physical, psychological, relational and existential/spiritual.
